Campaign to support food producers with Nihonbashi young Restaurant masters
We will be running a special campaign from Thursday, November 12 to Saturday, November 28, 2020 to help you enjoy the deliciousness of Nihonbashi. On the first day of the campaign (November 12), a talk session between the young masters of Nihonbashi and key people from Toyosu Market will be held, and an opening event will be held to demonstrate the superb technique of tuna nigiri.
This campaign is held in support of the “#Genki Itadakimasu Project” called by the MAFF.

As the outbreak of the new coronavirus disease continues, the decrease in inbound demand and stagnation of exports have resulted in stagnant inventories, falling prices and declining sales, which are causing a sense of crisis not only for the producers and producers’ markets, but also for the restaurants that use these products.
The Nihonbashi area, the center of Tokyo’s food culture, is no exception, and the young Restaurant masters of the “Nihonbashi MIYOSHIKAI” have gathered to launch this campaign to promote these products.
